Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey 93% lean
  • ¼ cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Dried Onion Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Garlic Clove minced
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion flakes, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and
  • salt until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties about ½-inch thick.
  • Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and cook patties for about 5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Place the cooked patties on buns and top with your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, cheese, and condiments.
