In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion flakes, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and
salt until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties about ½-inch thick.
Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and cook patties for about 5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Place the cooked patties on buns and top with your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, cheese, and condiments.
