Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas overripe preferred
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and yogurt. In another bowl, whisk the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, and salt). Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve once cooled.
