Ingredients
  

  • 3 large ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/4 tbsp kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine avocados, granulated sugar, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, lime juice, and kosher salt in a blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
  • Transfer the blended mixture into a bowl, cover it, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. This allows the flavors to meld and ensures the mixture is properly chilled for churning.
  • Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a creamy consistency.If you don’t have an ice cream maker: Pour the mixture into a shallow metal pan, freeze it until solid, and then blend it again in a food processor for a creamy texture.
  • Scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones and serve immediately. Enjoy your homemade creamy avocado ice cream!
