Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken Recipe Everyone's Favorite!

This Parmesan-crusted chicken is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and topped with a cheesy blend for a mouthwatering dish inspired by Longhorn Steakhouse.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 1/4 cups Panko breadcrumbs divided
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese divided
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup Provolone and Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Coat each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess, then dip in beaten eggs. Finally, coat with a mixture of Panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  • Mix 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl for additional crunch.
  • Heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken until golden (3–4 minutes per side). Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and top with the Provolone, Cheddar, and remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake for another 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts.

Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
Add a pinch of Italian seasoning to the breadcrumb mixture for extra flavor.
