- 2-3 ounces cooked chicken chopped
- 2-3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large flour tortilla
- Croutons optional
Place the tortilla flat on a work surface.
Top the tortilla with chopped chicken, lettuce, and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle generously with Caesar dressing. Add croutons if desired.
