Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup mangoes (ripe, non-fibrous like Ataulfo or Keitt, peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain, fresh)
  • 1/2 cup water or milk (adjust as needed for consistency)
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey (to taste)
  • 1/4 tbsp cardamom powder (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop ripe mangoes into small pieces. Measure the yogurt, water/milk, and sweetener.
  • Add the mango pieces, yogurt, water/milk, and sugar/honey to a blender. Sprinkle cardamom powder for extra flavor if desired.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency by adding more water/milk, and tweak sweetness or spices as per your taste.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish with cardamom or chopped nuts, and serve chilled.
