Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cucumber thinly sliced (plus extra for garnish)
  • 2 cup lemonade homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup club soda (or sparkling water)
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Fill four glasses with ice cubes and add a few cucumber slices to each.
  • Pour lemonade into each glass, filling about 2/3 of the way.
  • Add club soda to fill the glasses. Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish each glass with a slice of cucumber, a lemon wedge, or a sprig of mint. Serve immediately and enjoy!
