For the Salmon
- 1 lb Salmon cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Large Egg beaten
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
For the Sauce
- ¼ cup Hot Honey or regular honey + chili flakes
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic. Toss the cooked salmon bites in the sauce until coated.
