- 2 lbs Chicken boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Peas
- 1 cup Corn
- 1 cup Carrots diced
- 1 cup Celery chopped
- 2 cups Potatoes diced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 tsp Chicken Bouillon
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
In a skillet, cook onions, carrots, and celery until soft.
Add sautéed vegetables, chicken, potatoes, corn, peas, broth, bouillon, and garlic powder to the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
