Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Chicken boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Carrots diced
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 tsp Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, cook onions, carrots, and celery until soft.
  • Add sautéed vegetables, chicken, potatoes, corn, peas, broth, bouillon, and garlic powder to the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
  • Mix 2 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water, then stir into the soup for a thicker consistency.
