Ingredients
  

  • 2 –3 shots of espresso bold coffee base
  • 2 –3 tablespoons brown sugar syrup caramel sweetness
  • Ice cooling element
  • 1/2 cup milk smooth creaminess
  • Splash of heavy cream optional richness
  • Cinnamon optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2–3 shots of strong espresso and let it cool slightly.
  • In a small saucepan, combine equal parts brown sugar and water. Heat until dissolved, then cool.
  • Add espresso, brown sugar syrup, and ice to a cocktail shaker or jar. Shake until frothy.
  • Pour shaken espresso over a glass of ice. Top with milk or cream, and garnish with cinnamon.
