Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts cut into small pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Start by cutting boneless chicken breasts into small pieces. This helps them cook evenly.
  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Then, lightly flour the pieces for a crispy outside. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high. Cook the chicken until it's golden, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Use the same skillet to make the sauce. Sauté minced garlic in butter for 30 seconds. Add honey, soy sauce, and vinegar to the skillet. Stir well to mix the flavors. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
  • Put the chicken back in the pan and coat it with the sauce. Serve & Enjoy.

Use Cornstarch Slurry: Mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water. Stir it into the sauce while it's simmering. This makes the sauce thick and shiny.
Simmer on Low Heat: Let the sauce simmer gently. This helps it thicken evenly without burning or clumping.
Balance Liquids: If the sauce is too thin, use less water or broth. If it's too thick, add a little warm water or broth while stirring.
Monitor Sweetness: Honey can make the sauce thicker over time. Add a bit of vinegar or soy sauce to balance the sweetness and consistency.
