- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter melted
- ¾ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Ripe Bananas mashed
- ¾ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, egg, vanilla, and melted butter.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
Line a muffin tin with liners and divide the batter evenly among 12 cups.
