Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Ripe Bananas mashed
  • ¾ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, egg, vanilla, and melted butter.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Line a muffin tin with liners and divide the batter evenly among 12 cups.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
