- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 tbsp honey
- soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until combined.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes.
Flip the salmon fillets, then pour the honey garlic sauce over them. Cook for another 6–8 minutes, basting the salmon with the sauce occasionally, until the salmon is cooked through and the sauce thickens slightly.
